Individual sessions

Individual sessions are normally 50 minutes long. Embodied realization sessions, spiritual companioning, singing classes, meditation sessions, and more. 💜

Classes may be conducted online or, on occasion, in person.

You can sign up for single classes. If you are interested in ongoing work, you have the option of signing up for a class pack with a discount. We can discuss other options as well. Let's talk!

Class reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payments must be made minimum two days before the class to facilitate scheduling.

Payment methods:

Classes are normally paid via bank transfer to the following account: BE45 9670 3574 7189. If you are asked for more information in order to complete the transfer (this depends on your bank), I'll send you that information. If you need to pay by another method, just ask me! 😊

When the transfer is done, send me a message with the confirmation. I will send you the link (for online sessions) before each class.

Changes or cancellations:

Changes should be advised with minimum 24 hours of notice to avoid the class being charged. Duly cancelled classes will be rescheduled according to our agendas. No-call/no-shows are not refunded. I understand that life happens, and we can discuss if something comes up. I appreciate your understanding.
