My life's work
My life's work as a contemplative guide and spiritual companion is to help you connect with and deepen your practice of (self)inquiry, (self)discovery, and (self)creation.
You can work with me as a contemplative coach or in "quiet sessions," or we can collaborate through liberation-focused mentoring. Some of my other offerings are outlined below, or click through the titles for more details.
I use techniques from Focusing and Non-Violent Communication in my work, which is also informed by decades-long study and practice in different spiritual traditions.

As an interfaith spiritual director, also known as a spiritual mentor or a spiritual companion, I have long practice and training in creating and sustaining a safe container for you to deeply explore your relationship with the Holy, the Sacred, the Mystery — however your relationship with it is now.
All of life is spiritual, so nothing is "off-limits". You can be any religion or none; this is about your spiritual life, and I can work with you regardless of your background. I have studied and practiced in various traditions for over two decades and I can meet you where you are.
This is a place to explore and unpack questions, doubts, confusions, and curiosities of your spiritual path and practice, all in service of helping you discern how your path is unfolding, and how to walk it with grace.
I am a Focusing professional in training, registered with The International Focusing Institute. You can read about what Focusing means to me here.
Embodied Realization seeks to help guide you to an experiential understanding of non-duality. These practices facilitate a deeper connection with, and opening to, a felt sense of the fundamental ground of being.
This ever-developing set of practices is aimed at refining your attunement to the clear presence that is always already here. In these sessions, we cultivate embodied safety to fully inhabit the temple of your body, so you can come home to yourself.
Part of my artistic and teaching work includes recording songs and some voice, meditation, and body practices.
